Class: the one challenge that I have seen over the years though is that some leaders who have employees in a performance improvement situation may not move them towards delegation, after they have demonstrated that they can meet expectations. In other words they are stuck in the performance improvement process.
So what do you think class, do we lead like we would prefer or the way the employees themselves would prefer? What gaps do you see in the situational leadership theory?
