The organization, in its entirety, is the client. The client provides the funding and resources and receives the services. On the other hand, the downstream stakeholders are forklift operators, trainers and shift supervisors, shift leads, and training managers. The training program will impact the operations and responsibilities of each of the downstream stakeholders both directly and indirectly through a ripple effect.
Processes such as the speed of loading and unloading will be influenced by the process, thereby affecting all aspects of operations (Cantini, De Carlo, & Tucci, 2020). The direct impactees could number 20 operators, leads, supervisors and managers. Indirect impactees are close to 100 employees working within the operation zones. Safe, proper and efficient forklift operation will impact all levels of the organization ranging from the movement of goods to processing and output measures.
